It seems like this trend is gaining a lot of traction, and I just can’t understand why…

If you are on social media, you’ve probably heard someone saying that you should “train BJJ like an old man, so you can train BJJ as an old man”.

I totally disagree with that and I explain why in the video above.

No, you don’t wanna train like an old man, you actually want to move as much as you can, to preserve your health and quality of life as you age.
