Ok, we all know that escaping from Knee-on-Belly sucks, but it’s even harder when we are actually helping our opponent, without even knowing it :(

I consider this to be one of the biggest mistakes among white belts, and I hope it ends today!

How you place your hand/arm is crucially important in order to execute this escape effectively, but the angle you are gonna take your opponent to is also equally important.
