“For the third video in our MMA series, we are going over an excellent stretch for the pectorals minor. So many athletes in grappling sports develop rounded shoulders and mid-backs. Stretching the pec minor after every session is extremely beneficial for maintaining an upright posture and reducing neck and shoulder pain.
Hold this position for 1-2 minutes daily. This stretch can be done with any belt, straps, bands, or even by walking through a doorway with the arms in this “U-shape” position.”
