I’m gonna cover the basic details of the technique in this video as well, but more importantly, I want to talk about how elite grapplers just “feel the technique”.
They feel that they are in the right spot at the right time, due to tens of thousands of repetitions, so they don’t even have to think too much, it’s all automatic and their bodies move by themselves.
