“Did your neck just get cranked on? 󾌿For our 4th MMA video, we have a very simple exercise that EVERYONE can do in their car every day after rolling or lifting. Drive your head into the headrest as hard as you can for 1-2 minutes and keep your chin tucked so that you look like Jabba the Hutt. 󾌴
Cervical (neck) retraction will help to stretch and loosen the neck muscles as well as the spine. So many Jitz athletes get their heads cranked on and this will help to counteract the long-term damage done to the neck.
Everyone can do this exercise. The headrest in your car is there for a reason, if your posture is so bad that you can’t touch your head to the “headrest,” you should probably be doing this exercise.”
