JT Torres teaches the clock choke he used to win gold at the 2014 American Nationals.

JT was one of the standouts of the 2014 American Nationals championship, this past weekend in Carson, California. The Atos JJ black belt won three gold medals in two days and also was the protagonist of one of the nicest submissions of the tournament.

In the gi lightweight final, Saturday, he was able to connect a beautiful clock choke/crucifix that put Francisco Iturralde to sleep for a while. Check out how the technique works.
